Kent CCJ

The Kent Council of Christians and Jews seeks to bring together both Jewish and Christian Communities in a common effort to fight the evils of prejudice, intolerance and discrimination. It is part of CCJ the oldest national interfaith organisation in Britain and is part of the wider International CCJ. It works, at a local level, for the betterment of human relations, based on mutual respect, understanding and good will. CCJ is neither a missionary, nor a political organisation. Kent CCJ tries to offer a varied programme of mutual interesting faith and cultural activities. Likewise, the membership hopes to appeal to an ever expanding audience. All the year’s activities are contained in a booklet published in August, which is also widely and separately advertised.
